Create a Custom Template

Once your template is created, click Save. It will be available under Campaigns > My Templates. You can reuse it as a base for new newsletter campaigns at any time.
Yapla also offers customized templates tailored to the needs of associations. To use and personalize them, go to the email content editor, click the arrow in the top right corner, then click Change starting point. You’ll find them in the Yapla templates sub-tab.
Use Smart Templates
Smart templates in Yapla allow you to quickly create newsletters while respecting your organization’s brand — logo, colors, and style are automatically included for a professional and consistent appearance.
Important: If brand consistency is important to you and you do not wish to deviate from it, make sure you have configured your brand image before using smart templates. To do this, click your profile in the top right corner, select Brand then go to the Smart Templates sub-tab.
Changes you make on this page will apply to existing smart templates and to current campaigns created from a smart template. Once your brand image is configured, you will not be able to edit its elements in the editor.
Once your brand image setup is complete, click Publish. Smart templates will now automatically include your brand image.
To choose and use a smart template, go to Campaigns > Smart Templates. The templates will already contain your logo and brand colors. To use one, click Create a campaign under the desired template. You will be redirected to the email content editor.
Make Changes Related to Brand Image in a Smart Template
This template uses your brand settings, so changes made to text, links, button colors, or your logo will not be saved. Only content or sections should be modified.
If you wish to modify elements related to your brand image in a smart template, from a smart template, click the arrow in the top right corner and click Deactivate Smart branding.
Important: re-enabling smart branding will override your changes made to the smart templates with the configurations in the brand settings.
