Add purchase forms to the website
Sell products or services on your website with the priced objects of the Data feature.
Available with the Plus plan and higher.
With the Data feature, you can sell products or services using objects with prices, for example a subscription to a publication, a room rental or promotional items. Once your objects and their forms are configured, publish them on your website with the Entry form module to start selling.
To configure the prices of your objects, see Add prices to your objects (Data feature).
To sell products in an online store, with a catalogue page, use the Store feature instead. See Create an online store (Beta).
Add a purchase form to a page
- Create a page for your product. To keep it out of the site menu, hide it in its configuration: it remains accessible through its direct address, which you can share or use in a button.
- Click a zone of the page, select the Data feature, then the Entry form module.
- In the Form used section, choose the object and the form you configured.
- Click Save and close.
Repeat these steps for each product.
Module options
- Introductory article: text displayed above the form, for example the product description.
- Article on the confirmation page: text displayed after the form is submitted.
- Hide form steps: removes the step indicator above the form.
- Object custom title: replaces the object name displayed on the form.
- Anti-spam protection: protects the form against automated submissions. See Securing forms with a Captcha.
Articles are selected by Category, then by Article.
Present several products on the same page
To present several products together, create an article for each one and display them as a mosaic with the Articles module. Each article links to the product's purchase form page. See Create a web page with Yapla and integrate it into your website.
To allow several products to be bought in a single payment, enable the shopping cart.
