My organization's name on the statement

A 17-character limit applies to the name displayed on your customers' statements.

If your organization's name exceeds this limit, you can set a shorter display name that will be used on your customers' statements instead of the full name. You can enter up to 17 characters to clarify the nature of the payment.

This change can be made in the account administration settings of your organization's account.
