The security of your data is a crucial issue for your organization. We ensure that we implement best practices to protect you.

We use the latest technologies to ensure the security and reliability of our platform. All our systems are kept up to date with the latest available versions, ensuring optimal performance and enhanced protection against vulnerabilities.

Payment Security

For payment processing, we use Stripe, a globally recognized processor certified as PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security standard in the payment industry. This means your payment information is handled according to the strictest standards.

Additionally, all data exchanged on our platform is encrypted, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your personal and financial information.

Data Backup

All communications between your computer and our servers are encrypted. Your data is backed up in real time and periodically replicated to servers located in different regions. However, these backups are solely used to ensure high availability and service continuity over time. Unfortunately, these backups cannot be restored individually.

Data Location

Data is stored in Canada or Europe depending on your organization’s location.

  • Data for accounts based in North America is stored in Canada.
  • Data for accounts based in Europe is stored in Europe.

Data Deletion

Your account data can be deleted upon request.

Penetration Testing and Preventive Measures

Multiple internal and external mechanisms have been implemented to prevent potential attacks. Among other measures, systems detect new vulnerabilities in real time, and penetration tests are conducted periodically on our infrastructure. In addition, Yapla employees receive training on security best practices.
