Track the history of your organization's representatives

If you use organizations with delegated members, it can happen that the representative of these organizations changes regularly. To help you in your follow-ups, Yapla allows you to keep track of the representatives of each organization.

To access this list, open an organization's file in "Members/Organizations", and click on the "Membership" tile.

Here you will see a list of individuals who have served as representatives of the organization, with the name of their membership and the start and end dates.

A new entry will be added each time the representative renews their membership. If the representative changes during the year, a line will be added if it is a new representative with a new membership. If the current membership is transferred to another member, only the name of the member associated with the membership will be updated.
