The newsletters sent via Yapla manage the contacts in such a way that there are no duplicate addresses, even when several filters are associated with the campaign. However, it can happen that a contact receives several copies of the same newsletter.
The first thing to check is which addresses the newsletter was sent to. Although it is not possible to send twice to the same address, several different addresses can redirect to the same inbox.
To check if this is the case, you can look at the address that appears at the bottom of the newsletter:
It will then be possible to unsubscribe the unnecessary addresses.
Another possible cause is that 2 identical or similar newsletters were sent and that this contact was in both targets. It is possible to check this by opening the newsletter in Yapla, then clicking on the Statistics submenu.
At the bottom of this page, you will have access to the list of contacts who received the newsletter.
If the newsletters are identical, it is possible to prevent this error by sending a single newsletter to several different targets.
