Your association name automatically appears at the bottom of your automatic mailings.
However, once your account is authenticated, it is not possible to change the name of your association. Changing the name of an account is blocked once authentication has been validated to prevent fraud.
If you wish to change the name appearing on your communications, there are two solutions:
- Customize the template of your automatic communications from the Plus package.

- The other option is to restart your authentication in order to change the name of your association. This involves cancelling the current authentication request. To avoid complications, choose a 72-hour period when you will not be raising funds online. The procedure does not reset the settings made on Yapla (members, memberships, etc.).
