Generate tickets for your events

If your event is held at a physical location, you can make it easy to take attendance by offering tickets to your attendees. The tickets are generated in pdf format to be printed or used electronically by displaying them on their phone.

Ticket Function Activation

In your event's menu, click on the online tickets tile.

Check the box to activate the tickets and click save. The tickets will automatically be added to the following communications (if activated):

• Registration Confirmation
• Free event registration confirmation to the responsible
• Validated registration confirmation to the responsible
• Validated registration confirmation to the participant(s)

Please note that tickets are only sent to registrations with the status Validated and not to those awaiting payment.
