How to end a recurring donation?

A donor wants to stop their recurring donations? It is possible to end a recurring donation in the following two ways:

• End a recurring donation in your Yapla account
• End a recurring donation in the member area (by the donor himself)

End a recurring donation in your Yapla account

To end a recurring donation, go to the Donations feature, then click on Recurring donations in the submenu.

Using the recurring donation search engine, you can find the recurring donation to stop, open it and then toggle the orange "Active" button so that it displays "Inactive".

A recurring donation with an inactive status does not generate any more transactions, but it remains in the database and you can reactivate it later if the donor requests it. For more information on the subject, see the article on managing recurring donations.

Your donors can access their donations via their member area on your website. Find out how in this article.

In the Recurring donations tab, under the Action column, if the donation is active, it is possible to end the donation. Similarly, the donation will change to inactive status and withdrawals will stop. The donation can also be reactivated, at the donor's request, in your Yapla account.
