How to cancel a recurring donation?

Does a donor want to stop making monthly donations? 

To cancel a recurring donation, you need to go to the Donations application, then click on Recurring Donations in the menu on the left. 

With the recurring donations search engine, you can find the recurring donation you want to cancel. Open it and then click on the orange "Active" button at the top of the page so that it becomes "Inactive". 

A recurring donation with an inactive status does not generate any more transactions, but it remains in the database and you can reactivate it later if the donor requests it. For more information on the subject, see the article on managing recurring donations.
