Assign a donation to a participant

 In the case of a participatory campaign, it can happen that a donor makes a mistake and donates to the wrong person or directly to the campaign, without having selected a participant first. Fortunately, it is possible to change the allocation of the donation directly in your Yapla administration.

To change the recipient of the donation

Open the Donations received section of your participatory campaign. Use the search engine to find the donation you want to correct and click on it to modify it.

In the Donation section of this page, you will see the Participant field. Underneath this, a link "Assign to participant" or "Change the participant" will be visible, depending on the current assignment of the donation.

By clicking on this link, you will have access to the full list of participants. Select the participant to whom the donation should be allocated, using the search form if necessary.

Then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page and all you have to do is notify the donor and the participant of the correction!
