Automatically create delegates with additional participants

If you manage organizations with a lot of members, you may want to make it easier for their administrators to create an account. Yapla allows in some cases to automatically create a delegate member when registering for an event.

Activate the option

To activate the automatic creation of delegates, open the Settings > Multi-registration menu of your event and check the desired box(es) in the Management of organization delegates section.

Create as delegate members, participants who have an email with the same domain name as the representative

This option will match the email address of additional participants added by a member logged into their account. When registering, if the member is part of an organization, the domain name of the representative's email address will be compared to that of the participants. If it is identical and this participant is not already a member, an account will be created, with a delegate membership, as configured in the representative's membership.

Create as delegate members, participants who have an email with the same domain name of a member organization

This option allows you to define one or more domain names that can be accepted. To determine this list, create a field of type "Text" in your organization's profile. It will then be possible for each organization to enter one or more domain names, separated by commas.

During registration, if the participant is a logged-in member of an organization, the domain names in this field will be compared with the domain name in the participants' email. If it is identical and this participant is not already a member, an account will be created, with a delegate membership, as configured in the representative membership.
