Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a practice that aims to increase the quality and quantity of traffic to your site and its referencing. It is just as important to consider the search engines as the users you are trying to contact when you are optimizing your site.

Where to find this feature?

The optimization of your site can be done at two levels: the general site and of its individual pages.

Optimization of the general site

In order to configure the optimization of your site, you need to go to the "Website" application and then click on the "SEO" tile.

The SEO section includes the following information:

Keywords - Up to 60 characters. The title of your page will appear in browsers and search results.

Image - Image displayed when the site is shared on social media.

Description - Up to 165 characters of text that describes your organization and site.

It is important to use terms specific to your site and your organization so that search engines can assign your site to the searches of people trying to reach you.

The Indexing section allows you to index or not index your site. A site that is not indexed is not taken into account by search engines.
