Customize the Sender of your Newsletters

When sending your newsletters, we use a Yapla address by default to ensure that the sender meets the anti-spam standards in force. However, you will receive all the answers that will be sent to you.

Change the sender of newsletters.

You can change the name and address of the sender in the Campaign. Open the campaign you want to edit, then open the Details section

Replace the Yapla address with your own address

You can use your own address as the sender, as long as you answer the following:

1. Have the Envol package or a higher package.
2. Own the domain name you want to use* and have access to its DNS
3. Have access to the email address you want to use, as a confirmation will be sent there

* Gmail, hotmail, videotron or other provider addresses cannot be used
