If you or a user has forgotten their password, the “Request password reset” feature allows the administrator to send the credentials directly to the user.
You can manage user accounts by going to the account's settings, located in the application's main menu, and selecting the tile Users.
Then select the user from the list and go to the Password section and clicking on “Request password reset.”
The user will then be able to reset their password.
