If you or a user has forgotten their password, the “Request password reset” feature allows the administrator to send the credentials directly to the user.
You can manage user accounts by going to the account settings, located in the application's main menu, and selecting the tile Users and licenses.
Then select the desired user and go to the Password tab. Then click on the button: Request password reset.
The user will then be able to reset its password.
