Renewing an administrative membership

Although membership renewal is normally done by the member in its member section, you may have to renew your member's membership through the back office as Yapla administrators.

To renew memberships in the backend, you must first add a membership to the member by going to the member's file and clicking on the button " + Add a membership".

Then, you must select the right membership and choose the price, start and renewal dates of the membership. The price entered by default is the regular membership price.

All that is left to do is select the option "Process as a Renewal" and fill in the billing information on the next page.
