Member Terms and Conditions

Yapla allows each NPO to have its internal terms and conditions accepted in order to become a member. During the registration process, a candidate for membership will then be required to accept the terms and conditions of your NPO.

Applying to all members, and regardless of the type of membership configured, the terms and conditions are managed in the "Member Settings" menu, then in the "Settings" page.

Select the "Terms and Conditions" sub-menu:

Enter your NPO's rules and regulations, applicable to members, and save.

If you fill in this field :

  • Acceptance of the terms and conditions will be automatically proposed in your online membership form. This will be a required field (must be checked to proceed to the next step).

If you do not fill in this field :

Acceptance of the terms and conditions appears in the "Summary" step of the online application process:

Good to know: You can also set up specific Terms and conditions for each event.
