Some campaigns are more effective and achieve their objectives more quickly if they offer participants the option of getting together in teams. This is the case, for example, with corporate hikes or challenges, which allow you to raise funds while having fun. In this case, you'll need to create a campaign, then set it up so that it's participative. Here's how.
How do I activate P2P, or peer-to-peer, mode?
From your Yapla dashboard, go to the Donations feature, then select Campaigns. Choose the campaign you wish to make participatory. Among its options, select the Advanced functions tile, then click on Campaign type. This is where you can activate the Participatory Campaign (P2P) option.
Once the option has been activated, you'll need to return to the Configuration page, to set up your P2P campaign. Alternatively, you can also go there by clicking on Donations, then Campaigns. In the chosen campaign, in the Peer-to-peer campaign (P2P) section, select Configuration.
Here you can :
- Add a limit to the number of participants per team
- Write an introductory text, which will appear on your participants' registration form.
- Define a registration period for your campaign.
Don't forget to click on the Save button to save your changes. Your campaign is now ready to receive participants!
For more information : how to add registration fees?
