When you activate one of these three workflows: Members, Events, or Donations, a payment web page will automatically be enabled, allowing you to receive payments through Yapla. However, you will need to authenticate your account so we can transfer the funds collected via Yapla to your bank account.

How to set up accepted payment methods
Go to Payments > Settings, then select the Payment methods tile.
You will then have access to the various payment methods available for your plan. Credit card, Check, and Cash methods are all available in the Free plan.
Change the payment display order
The Order column allows you to define the display order of payment methods on your website. The first method on the list will be offered as the default on your website.
The Website and Administration columns let you disable a payment method in the environment of your choice. The Website column controls payment methods for your web pages, intended for your clients, while the Administration column controls the payment methods visible to administrators in Yapla.
Payment types
Credit Card
The credit card option allows you to receive payments by credit card or directly via Google Pay. To pay with a credit card, users simply enter their card details. To pay via Google Pay, users click the G Pay button, log in to their Google Pay account (via face recognition on a mobile device or with a password), and then confirm the payment.
Note: The visibility of the G Pay button may vary depending on the browser used during payment. For example, Safari users might not have access to the Google Pay payment option. It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser.
Here is what the credit card payment form looks like (the display may vary depending on the design of your website).
Check
Your clients can pay by check by sending it to you by mail. Until you receive the check and record the payment in Yapla, the status of the sale will remain Pending payment.
By clicking the Configure button next to the payment method, you can access an interface to specify instructions for your clients to send the check.
You can use the default message, which includes your organization's name and address in Yapla, or customize the instructions for this payment method.
Cash
You can allow your clients to pay in cash by sending the funds directly to you. Until you receive the funds and record the payment in Yapla, the status of the sale will remain Pending payment.
Payment Simulator
This feature allows you to test payments and is available starting from the Essentials plan only. Use with caution.
Advanced payment features
Depending on your plan, Yapla offers advanced payment features for more specific needs.
Payment method visibility - Available with the Plus plan
For payments made via your website, you can restrict specific payment methods to logged-in users. You can even specify a group of users, such as members with a specific membership type. At the payment stage, the system will check if the user is logged in and display the payment methods you configured.
Add a payment method - Available with the Premium plan
The Add a payment method feature allows you to define an unlimited number of payment methods. This is used by organizations managing multiple bank accounts based on their activities. For instance, the payment method used for donations can be different from the one used for training activities.
Good to know
Remember to associate the appropriate accounting entry with each of your payment methods.
