When creating an event, you can offer participants choices to make when registering. For example, some events may offer a choice of meals, and registrants can decide whether or not to purchase them. To do this, you can create a list of options to be offered to participants, and associate each of these options with a price.
Access your event's prices configuration
From your Yapla Dashboard, click on the Events feature. Choose the event you wish to configure, then select the Prices tile.
Then select the Options tab.
To add an option, click on the Add an option button in the bottom right-hand corner.
You can then fill in the form that appears.
Please note that the option name will be visible on the event registration form. The description on the other hand is optional. Nevertheless, it can be used to add further details and may motivate participants to take an interest in one option rather than another.
Going further: limit or extend the number of available options
If you wish, you can limit the number of options your participants can access. To do this, we suggest you follow the steps below: Limit the number of options available. On the other hand, you may choose to offer several options to participants, especially if your event includes several activities, for example.
