Generating membership numbers

Yapla allows you to define the format of your membership numbers. Specifically, the Incremental field type is used to define the format of the number automatically generated for each new Yapla member.

By default, the {00000} format is applied. You can change the format at any time by editing the native Member Number field by going to the Members application > Settings > Forms > Fields.

It is possible to create the format of your choice using the following rules. Note that the incremental key is not linked to the other keys. For each member, the number increases by one.

The first number of sequence field of the incremental sequence allows you to define the next digit used. It can never be smaller than the current number.

At any time, you can check the Editable number box to manually modify the numbers of your members.
