Various reports are available in the Donations application. These reports allow you to export the results of a search (or all results) as an easy-to-read Excel file.
To create a report, simply click on the "Export" button, then retrieve the file from the application's Reports submenu.
Generating a report can take several minutes depending on the information in the file. An email will automatically be sent to you when the report is ready.

|Donor list||Exports your campaign donors information. Custom donor fields are included in the report.

|Donation List||Exports the donation details of all campaigns. Only the native fields of the campaigns will be in the export.||In the Campaigns menu, above the list of campaigns.|
|Donation receipts List||Exports the receipt information of all your campaigns: campaign name, receipt number, amount, donation date, donor name and status.||In the Donation receipts menu, above the list of receipts.|
|Single Campaign Donation List||Exports the donation details of the campaign. Custom campaign fields are included in the report.||In the Campaign Details menu, above the list of donations.|
