List of reports available for the Donations application

Various reports are available in the Donations application. These reports allow you to export the results of a search (or all results) as an easy-to-read Excel file.

To create a report, simply click on the "Export" button, then retrieve the file from the application's Reports submenu.

Generating a report can take several minutes depending on the information in the file. An email will automatically be sent to you when the report is ready.

Reports of the Donations application

Report Name Description Where to generate the report
Donor list Exports your campaign donors information. Custom donor fields are included in the report.
In the Donors submenu, above the list of donors.
Campaign List Exports your campaigns information. In the Campaigns menu, above the list of campaigns.
Donation List Exports the donation details of all campaigns. Only the native fields of the campaigns will be in the export. In the Campaigns menu, above the list of campaigns.
Donation receipts List Exports the receipt information of all your campaigns: campaign name, receipt number, amount, donation date, donor name and status. In the Donation receipts menu, above the list of receipts.
Single Campaign Donation List Exports the donation details of the campaign. Custom campaign fields are included in the report. In the Campaign Details menu, above the list of donations.
Single Campaign Receipt List Exports campaign receipt information: campaign name, receipt number, amount, donation date, donor name and status. In the details of a campaign, above the list of receipts.
