How to add a link to your campaigns and events in your newsletters

To add a link to an event or a donation campaign in your Yapla newsletter, follow these steps:

1. Create or copy the link for the event or donation campaign:

For an event:

  1. Go to the Events tab > Events.
  2. Choose the event you want to share.
  3. Once in the event, click on View my webpage. This will be the registration page for your event.
  4. Select the URL and copy it.

For a donation campaign:

  1. Go to the Donations tab > Campaigns.
  2. Select the donation campaign you want to promote.
  3. Once in the donation campaign, click on View my webpage. This will be the donation submission page.
  4. Select the URL and copy it.

⚠️ Make sure the page is published before sharing the URL.

2. Add the link to the newsletter:

  1. Go to the Newsletters tab, then to the Campaign tab.
  2. Create a new campaign or edit an existing e-mail.

  1. In the text editor:
  • Select the text, image, or button where you want to insert the link.
  • Click on the link icon (represented by a chain).
  • Paste the URL of your event or donation campaign.

  1. In the content editor: you can add buttons allowing you to insert a call to action such as "Join the event," "Register," or "Donate."
  • Select Button from the Content menu on the right, then place the button where you want it.

  • Select it and then insert the link in the right menu under Action in the URL bar. Don't forget to indicate what type of link it is.

3. Test and send the newsletter:

Before sending the newsletter to all your contacts, be sure to preview it and test the links to ensure they work properly.

This allows you to easily direct your newsletter recipients to your events or donation campaigns, increasing their visibility and participation.
