Yapla companion is a mobile application designed to accompany you in the field, in particular to enhance your event experience thanks to the unique capabilities of mobile devices. Forget paper attendee lists and fluorescent highlighters, its simple interface lets you optimize your attendee reception and ticketing, and verify attendance more efficiently. The application has been designed to adapt to any type of event.
Step 1: Download the app for iOS or Android
Go to your smartphone's app store and search for Yapla Companion. Once downloaded, log in using your Yapla account.
Step 2: Find your events
From the home page, you'll find a list of your events. You can toggle between past and future events. Select the desired event.
Step 3: View your participants' registration details
By selecting a participant's name from the list, you'll find registration details such as ticket price, e-mail address, amount paid and date of registration. Data is updated in real time, even for last-minute registrants.
Step 4: Register your event participants
Option 1 - By scanning a ticket : After selecting your event, tap on at the bottom of the screen and scan the participant's ticket. This will register them for the event. You can scan paper tickets or electronic tickets on a cell phone. Note that the option to generate tickets for your events is only available from the Essentials package.
Option 2 - By manually registering participants: You don't issue tickets? Register participants manually by searching for them in your list of registrants. Select the name of the person you wish to register, then click on Check-in.

Cancel a participant's registration for an event
To cancel a participant's registration, select them from your list of registrants. If the person is already registered, you'll find the option Check-out at the bottom.
Blocking counterfeit or previously validated tickets
When a ticket has already been scanned and validated, the application will display an error message telling you whether the ticket has already been scanned or is invalid.
Work as a team
Members of your team can scan tickets simultaneously on multiple devices. Registration data is automatically synchronized. By the way, the number of licenses available on the account does not affect the number of people who can connect to the application.
Good to know
If you use an email address to manage more than one account in Yapla, you will be automatically logged in to the application on the default account defined in your user settings. We recommend that you create a user profile dedicated to the mobile application in each of your accounts.
