Yapla lets you add additional notes to your invoices. Whether you want to add legal notices, payment terms or comments, a text box is available so you can personalize your invoices.
How to set up the additional note?
From the Dashboard of your Yapla account, click on Accounting. Then click on Settings, then on the Billing tile.
The Additional notes section will be available in the Settings tab.
You can therefore add all the information you need in this text box.
Please note that with the Essential and Plus plans, additional notes are added to all your invoice templates. It is not possible to apply them to a single template.
For Premium packages, you have the option of adding or removing the corresponding keyword in certain templates. The keyword is __BILLING:ADDITIONAL_INFORMATION__.
