Yapla automatically generates an invoice for all transactions on the platform. Yapla offers default templates that include all the legal information.
These templates can be modified and customized. You can also create new ones and assign them to your associated communications.
To modify or customize your invoice templates, go to the Accounting Settings and click on the Billing tile.
Here you can edit the template as needed or create a new one by clicking the Add Template button in the lower right corner.
When creating a new template, you will have to fill in its name (visible in the Yapla administration only), the country where the template applies, the type of invoice (paid, cancelled or to be paid) and the language. You can then fill in the content for the invoices.
