When are automatic reminders sent?

Yapla's automatic communications allow you to set up numerous reminders:

• Membership renewal reminder;
• reminders before the start of an event;
• feedback after an event;
• reminders to donors who have not donated in the last year;
• reminder of registration pending payment.

These automatic messages can be configured a X number of days before or after a date defined by the functionality and type of communication chosen.

Messages configured in this way are always sent early in the morning by the platform. This means that message mailings must be planned for a future day, and never for the actual day, as the latter has already passed through the mailings system.
