# Footer

## Display your contact information, logo and social networks at the bottom of your pages

**Available with the Essentials plan and higher.**

The **Footer** module displays your logo, contact information and social networks at the bottom of your pages. This information comes from the configuration of your organization: an update there is automatically reflected in the footer.

Configure the footer in the master page of your website. It is then displayed on all linked pages. See the article [How the master pages work](https://support.yapla.com/en-ca/how-the-master-pages-work?hsLang=en-ca).

### Add the module to a page

In the configuration window of a zone, select the **Website** feature, then **Footer** in the **Zone module** list. To learn how to open this window, see the article [List of modules in the Website feature](https://support.yapla.com/en-ca/list-of-modules-in-the-website-feature?hsLang=en-ca). Place this module in a 100% wide zone at the bottom of the page.

### Configure the module

- **Display mode:** **Classic**, **Condensed** or **Centered**. Depending on the selected mode, you can change the order of the elements by dragging them.
- **Display logo:** displays the logo of your organization (**Use the organization's logo**) or another image (**Upload your image**). Then choose the page that a click on the logo leads to: **Homepage**, **Internal page** or **External website**.
- **Display address:** displays the address of your organization. Choose the **Address format**: Canada, United States or Europe.
- **Display phone number:** displays the phone number of your organization.
- **Display email:** displays the email address of your organization.
- **Social media links:** displays the icons of your social networks. Then check the icons to display: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), Vimeo and YouTube.

The logo, address, phone number, email and social network links are configured under **Configuration \> Your organization**.

Click **Save and close**.

### Remove information from the footer

To stop displaying a piece of information, uncheck the corresponding option in the module configuration. Where to make the change depends on how your pages are configured:

- **Pages linked to a master page:** edit the Footer module of the master page. The change applies to all linked pages.
- **Pages without a master page:** edit the Footer module of each page.

### Frequently asked questions

#### Can I remove the "Powered by Yapla" mention?

No. The "Powered by Yapla" mention appears at the bottom of all Yapla websites and cannot be removed, regardless of your plan.
