These reports allow you to export the results of a search (or all the results) in an easy-to-read Excel file. To create a report, simply click on the Export button, then retrieve the file from the **Reports** submenu of the application. Generating a report can take several minutes depending on the information in the file. An email will be automatically sent to you when the report is ready. ### Reports of the Events application | Report Name | Description | Where to generate the report | | --- | --- | --- | | Registration List | Exports the registration details of all your events. Only the native event fields will be in the export. You will also find information about your events. | In the Events menu, above the Events list | | Single Event Registration List | Exports the registration details of your event.  You can export only the columns displayed on the screen or all available information, including custom fields. | In an event, below the registration list. | ### Reports from the Activities application With the Premium plan, Yapla allows you to manage activities that include several sessions. If this feature is activated, you will have the possibility to have other reports available. | Report name | Description | Where to generate the report | | --- | --- | --- | | Session List | Exports the session details of all your activities. Only the native fields will be in the export. | In the Activities menu, above the list of your activities. | | Session Registration List | Exports the registration details of a specific session.
