# Add Yapla content to your newsletter campaigns

## Promote your Yapla campaigns right in your emails. You can add a donation button, a membership link, a file to download or connected content.

The Yapla Newsletters editor lets you add content from Yapla to your emails: links to your donation or membership campaigns, documents to download, or blocks that automatically display your events and articles.

To open the editor, go to **Campaigns \> Emails**, click **Open** to the right of a draft (or create a new campaign with the + button), then click **Edit email**.

### Add a link to a donation or membership campaign

#### 1. Copy the page address

1. In your Yapla account, open the donation or membership campaign you want to promote.
2. Click **View my web page**. The donation or registration page opens.
3. Copy the address (URL) shown in your browser bar.

Make sure the page is published before sharing its address.

#### 2. Add the link to the newsletter

1. In the editor, select or add a text, image or button block, and write a clear call to action (*Donate*, *Renew my membership*, etc.).
2. For a button or an image, paste the address in the URL field in the right-hand panel. For text, select the words to link and click the link icon in the toolbar.

### Add a document to download

1. Select or add a text, image or button block, and write the call to action (*View the document*, *Download the program*, etc.).
2. In the right-hand panel (or in the link window for text), click **Link file**.
3. Select or upload the document, then click **Insert**.

When they click the link, your contacts open the document in a new browser tab, where they can download it.

### Add Yapla connected content

Available with the Yapla Newsletters Growth plan.

Connected content blocks display in your newsletter the information already entered in Yapla for your **events** and **articles**: title, date and time, thumbnail, description and a button to the registration page or full article. There's nothing to retype.

1. In the editor's right-hand panel, find the **Connected content** section.
2. Drag the block you want into your email. The **Yapla Resources** block displays all the information; the **Image**, **Title**, **Paragraph** and **Button** blocks display only that element.
3. Choose the type of content (events or articles), then select the item to display.

You can also choose the row layout, for example to place a button or an image next to the content.

### Test before sending

Before sending, preview your email and click each link to check where it leads. To send yourself a test, open the arrow in the top right of the editor and choose **Send Test Email**.
